At Promo, we take our corporate social responsibility seriously, and for us it is not enough to simply comply with the minimum requirements. We are focussed on sourcing responsibly and we work collaboratively with our supply base to drive improvements and protect workers’ rights.

We are proud to be one of only three companies in our sector who are full members of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI). All our suppliers are fully audited using ETI base code as the criteria, by either a 3rd party accredited body or our own on-the-ground auditing team based out in Shenzhen, China.

We are committed to improving the working conditions within our supply chain, ensuring that we co-operate only with suppliers that share our very high standards. We recognise that it is our obligation to understand and address the social and environmental challenges that may exist within our global supply chain, working together with suppliers to influence change.
